This is a totally manufactured DWI by Macon Police Officers Robert Dawson and Wilford Swank. They claim it happened on September 02,1985 with a disposition date of September 03,1985 (1 day).Only one day between the time they say this dwi occurred and when they say it was settled in court. That's not even enough time to do the paperwork or get an attorney. I was in Phoenix, Arizona working at Bell Road Car Wash for Russ Weineke on those dates in 1985, then went into the Arizona Army National Guard and Army Reserves in August 1986. At that time the military wouldn't have let you go in if you had a dwi, two years supervised probation or a spinal injury like their ticket claims. We all know that. There are witnesses that they got my money from my workmans compensation case from my 1991 work injury on L-5 disk in my spine.They got paid for making me lose my case by creating a prior false injury. Macon County Sheriff's Dept. has been going around calling me a snitch, informant,etc. to get me killed to cover up their false dwi here. There's a manufactured 2004 case they lost when they planned this for key words of their prior false dwi to be able to beat brainwave fingerprinting. They're recreating their crimes. Dumbasses I tell you. Remember Wilford Swank was the Macon Police Officer that was indicted for the Julianne Helton murder of 1984; he's on that manufactured ticket with Robert Dawson. Later Dawson became Sheriff and was involved in his co-worker Swank's investigation(see: http://www.brainwavescience.com/FairfieldLedger.php ). That isn't allowed due to conflict. Everyone from Macon would remember that in 1982 when I was 16 years old I wrecked a 1973 Dodge Charger at PP Highway and 63 Highway in Macon with Junior Mesner at that embankment.. Moberly's prosecuting attorney Michael Douglas Fusselman is using this false dwi to charge me with a felony and he know's it false. Official military records have been submitted. I went to court a few days ago and the new judge appointed said that military file wasn't in my court file.Someone didn't want the new judge to see that I was in the military in 1986-1987 because that proves the 1985 dwi is false. They know they're caught helping Foley, Dawson and Swank. That all kind of makes it look like they framed me for the Julianne Helton murder since I was expected to die after surgery in the military and I moved back to Missouri later after getting out. They ought to be looking at Dawson and Swank for murder of that girl. They say she had to much on Foley.(like me hugh?)JAG has all of these files so bring it. Thank you for looking. Jury trial will be in the near future in Macon and Moberly, MO with their false records that they certified. I have more manufactured crimes by them if anyone would like copies. Macon County falsified that dwi after 1991 when I hurt my back at Kirksville Concrete so they could make me lose my case by making it look like I already had a spinal injury. They are also using electronic surveillance on me to monitor me and try to cover this up. They aren't brite.. I'm thinking Dawson might not of even worked for the Macon Police Dept. until around 1991. I moved back to Missouri awhile after I got out of the military and that's the first time I ever saw him was in 1991. There's a reward for any information or witnesses as to facts proving my claims. The more evidence the merrier.

That's the way this small shite hole is , they are at it again with a dike city cop . She is making up lies to stop certain people . I know they have complaints about her and no one seems to be listening .
